VISA APPLICATION PROCEDURE

The latest passport is valid for > 6 months (do not use the old passport even if the passport is still valid because when making a new passport, the old passport has been canceled on the system, so it is not valid for exit)
4×6 photo file with white background, no white shirt, exposed forehead, ears, no glasses.
For children under 18 years old, add a birth certificate (photocopy, scan) when registering. When traveling, bring the original for immigration procedures.
Group procedures must be completed 7 working days in advance (for visa and air ticket issuance)

NOTE: If the group visa is refused, the group visa will be changed to an odd visa at the Chinese Embassy in Hanoi (if enough time) and the cost will be 1,200,000 VND/person. If the customer refuses to apply for an Odd Visa, the penalty will be canceled according to the regulations shown in the contract. Individual visa surcharges are subject to change as the visa center announces the change.

CHILDREN:

From under 2 years old: 35% of the tour price (sharing bed with an adult)
From 02 years old to under 11 years old: 90% of the tour price (sharing bed with an adult)
11 years and older: equal to adult fare.

NOTES:

The passport must be the latest version, and the validity is more than 06 months from the end date of the tour, the information in the passport must be clear and accurate (name, date, month, year of birth, passport number…) and there are at least 4 blank pages to be stamped, not torn apart, patched, etc erasure, stains, blurred information or other problems….
The tour program can change the order of the schedule to suit the traffic and weather situation, but still ensure enough attractions.
This is a sightseeing program with the support of prices according to the regulations of Chinese tourism. Please do not miss the shopping spots designated in the program. If you skip the shopping spots, please pay the surcharge according to the regulations of the tour company and pay it directly to the tour leader of the group.
For customers who have had facial plastic surgery, it is recommended that they redo their passports. In case the guest does not renew the passport, the company will not be responsible for the entry and exit of the guest. Any costs of canceling customer service penalties will be at your own risk.
Do not accept pregnant guests from 05 months or more to participate in foreign tours for safety reasons for customers (Guests when registering for tours are responsible for notifying the Company’s staff when there is a family member who is pregnant, the Company will not be responsible when the customer does not inform).
In case you are not allowed to leave or enter the country for personal reasons (such as blurry or unclear photos and documents in the original, expired passport, improper regulations,…) The company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee. The company’s tour guide will support and find the best solution for you, all costs incurred by customers are paid.
The company will not be responsible for ensuring the attractions, compensating for expenses incurred in the following cases: Natural disasters: storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes, terrorism, protests, etc. Aviation incidents: technical or security problems, relocation, cancellation, delay or change of flight time,….Damage caused by delays of crew members.
If you are an overseas Vietnamese or a foreigner, if you need to apply for a visa to re-enter Vietnam, please bring 2 4×6 cm photos. If you are entering Vietnam on a separate visa, please bring your visa and immigration declaration when going on the tour.
In case foreign nationals have a valid 1-time Vietnam visa, please pay an additional fee for a Vietnam re-entry visa of 1,100,000 VND/person and bring a separate visa + 2 4×6 photos with a white background to go through customs procedures when returning home
Guests who only bring a green card (temporary residence card abroad) and do not have a valid Vietnamese passport do not register to a third country.
The price is calculated for children sharing a bed with their parents, if you request to sleep separately for children, please pay 100% of the tour price.
In case there is only 1 guest (adult) traveling with 1 child under 11 years old (without separate bed), please pay the adult price so that the child has his or her own bed.
Travel insurance applies to customers under 75 years old, from 75 years old and over, will pay the difference for the premium premium and must be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60 years old. Over the age of 80 travel insurance refuses to provide.
Due to the nature of the group, the Company will be responsible for accepting enough guests for the group (from 15 adult guests or more), the group will depart on schedule. If the number of groups is less than 15 passengers, the Company will notify the guests and will renegotiate the new departure date. If the new departure date does not match your schedule, the company will refund the deposit amount after deducting the visa fee.

DAY 2: ZHANGJIAJIE – PHOENIX ANCIENT TOWN

Morning: You have breakfast, then check out the hotel. The car and guide will take you to Phoenix Ancient Town. (3h)

Lunch: Have lunch at the restaurant then visit Phoenix Co Town with: Van Danh Tower, Sa Wan Scenic Area, Jumping Stone Bridge, Thach Ban Old Town and Bar Street. Afterwards, Freely visit and explore Phoenix Ancient Town with local dishes, free to take pictures with the ancient costumes of the splendid Chinese ethnic groups.

Dinner: You have dinner at the restaurant, then you are free to explore the shimmering beauty of the Phoenix at night, or take a boat to enjoy the scenery on both sides of Da Giang (own expense: 200 yuan).

DAY 3: PHOENIX ANCIENT TOWN – ZHANGJIAJIE

Morning: You have breakfast, then the group will drive to Miao Xiangxi Camp (about 2 hours by car) – this is known as the largest Miao village in Hunan. Here you will have the opportunity to learn about the culture and living customs of the Miao people here.

Noon: You have lunch at the restaurant, then continue to move to Zhangjiajie (2h)

DAY 4: VU LANG NGUYEN – THIEN TU SON

Morning: You have breakfast, then the group moves to Tianmen Mountain

(When you come to Tianmen Mountain, you will experience the world’s longest cable car, the Taoist Hotel (including shoes), the Devil’s Cup Hotel, Tianmen Cave, and the 99-bend road.

Here, visitors travel by cable car to the top of Tianmen Mountain, a mountain located in Tianmen Mountain National Park, Zhangjiajie, northwest of Hunan Province.

The mountain is very famous for its heavenly path, and the cable car system at Tianmen Gate is declared in travel publications as “The longest cable car at the highest mountain in the world”, and the height of the upper station of the cable car line is 1,279m.

In addition, Zhangjiajie is likened to a Wonderland under the lower world with more than 3,000 stone pillars and ever-changing cliffs made of sandstone, many towering stone pillars more than 300m high.
