PAYMENT TERMS:

Deposit 50% of the total tour value when guests register
Payment must be made 15 days before departure (excluding holidays and Tet due to ticket conditions and services on other peak occasions, so the payment time will be specifically announced when registering for the tour)

PENALTY CONDITIONS (subject to change for special tours):

The tour company does not accept tour cancellations by phone, on Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays.
If the tour is postponed or canceled after the deposit, the deposit will not be refunded.
If postponed or canceled 25 to 30 days before the departure date, the customer will have to compensate the company for 50% of the total tour value.
If the cancellation is delayed or cancelled within 15 to 25 days of the departure date, the customer will have to compensate the company for 75% of the total tour value.
If it is postponed or canceled within 10 to 15 days from the departure date, the customer will have to compensate the company for 90% of the total tour value.
If the cancellation is delayed or canceled within 10 days of the departure date, the customer will have to compensate the company for 100% of the total tour value.

Note:

Regulations from 7/2020 require passports to be true to identity and gender characteristics. In case of plastic surgery (including: eyelid lift, eyebrow tattoo, lip tattoo, rhinoplasty, nose correction, face correction…) change of shape) is required to redo the new passport according to the current face. If you are refused entry/exit at the airport due to identity issues/identification documents, we are not responsible for the above incident. The costs for the program will not be refunded by us in this case.
It is recommended that you wear clothes suitable for Vietnam’s security, politics and country (do not wear beautiful costumes…)
The above funding applies to customers with Vietnamese passports (ordinary passports are valid for at least 6 months from the end of the tour, passports must not be torn, smudged, stained, bitten, etc.). Guests with foreign passports, please double-check.
If there are children under 14 years old accompanying their parents, they must have the original birth certificate or notarized copy or extract,
In case children under 14 years old are not accompanied by a parent, a power of attorney with the seal of the local government is required.
The above price is subject to change when the airline/means of transport changes the surcharge
Flight tickets are scheduled for the whole group, if there is a change after ticket issuance, the ticket will no longer be valid.
The final flight time and conditions for air passengers depend on the airline.
Unused services that arrive without prior notice of registration will not be refunded
Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in the Tour. If you do not notify the company, the travel company is not responsible for any problems that arise
In case 01 guest participates in the Tour in a force majeure situation and cannot share a room with the rest of the members, please bear the cost of a single room surcharge.
Flight tickets are scheduled for the whole group, if there is a change after ticket issuance, the ticket will no longer be valid. The final time depends on the airline.
The above program may change the time and schedule of the order of attractions, but still ensure the above attractions.
Please do not miss the designated Shopping points in the program.
Throughout the journey, you must not leave the group on your own.
If you have family members in your home country who wish to travel under the program, please contact the tour operator prior to departure.
Unused portions of the service that arrive without prior notice at the time of registration will not be refunded.

In case you are an Enterprise Owner: commit to fulfilling your responsibilities and obligations to pay all taxes to the state before exiting, to ensure smooth entry and exit. The travel company is not responsible.

Children from 2 to under 10 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (sharing bed with parents).
Children from 10 to under 12 years old: 95% of the adult tour price (own bed).
Children under 2 years old: 30% of the tour price (sharing bed with parents).
Children from 12 years old : Tour prices collect like adults

Scan of an ordinary passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the tour.

Due to the nature of individual groups, the departure schedule may be changed to a new departure date if the following occurs:

05-07 days before the departure date, the group does not have 15 passengers or more.
The estimated time of departure date meets force majeure causes such as natural disasters, storms and floods, wars, epidemics, etc. or due to problems with means of transport: planes, trains… The company reserves the right to change the route at any time for the safety of customers and is not responsible for compensation for damages incurred.

Day 01: HANOI – DENPASAR/ BALI (Lunch break on the plane, Dinner)

06h30 The car and guide will pick you up at Thong Nhat Park – Tran Nhan Tong Street – Hanoi to Noi Bai International Airport, check in for the flight VJ997 (10h00 – 16h25) walk Bali.

4:25 p.m. Arriving at the airport Denpasar – Bali. The tour guide & car of the local tour company greeted the group with a bouquet of hand-held flowers symbolizing the hospitality of the people of this tropical island.

The bus took the group to the city center, the group moved to Jimbaran beach to enjoy a seafood BBQ dinner on the beach. Here you can watch the sunset of the name of the sea, enjoy dinner with fresh coconut water, listen to the band perform and watch the fireworks in an airy and fresh sea space.

Night: You check in to the hotel, and freely explore Bali at night.

Overnight stay at J4 Hotel 4* or equivalent.

Day 02: KOI FISH WATER PALACE – GATE OF HEAVEN –SWINGS (Eat S,T,C)

Bright: Breakfast at the hotel.

Car and guide to pick up the group moving to the easternmost part of Bali, the group visited and took photos at the Lempuyang Temple of Heaven:

Lempuyang Gate of Heaven Temple – this place is one of the nine oldest remaining main temples in the high mountains, imprinted with the typical religious culture of the Balinese people, in Indonesia, located at an altitude of 1,170m above sea level – a place of mysticism between humans and gods. After you walk through the steps, you will be overwhelmed by the majestic and wonderful beauty of nature. Mountains and clouds blend together to paint a beautiful watercolor painting that attracts the soul; As the name suggests, the gate was built as a symbol of the boundary between the outside world and the temple.

(Note: This area is very crowded with tourists queuing, the delegation needs to prepare costumes to take pictures and each person only has a few minutes to take pictures here).

10:30 The group leaves the Gate of Heaven and continues to visit the Tirta Gangga Water Palace – The Land of a Thousand Koi Fish, also known as the Fish Temple, located in the East of Bali, owned by the Karangasem royal family, designed and built in 1948. Coming here, visitors can let thousands of colorful Koi fish swim around by themselves

13h00: The group had lunch at a local restaurant.

15h00: The bus takes the group to the area SWINGS BALI – Bali’s famous check-in point, check in and take unique photos with types of swings and bird’s nests here. This is a very interesting new attraction on the island, attracting a large number of tourists of all ages.

Return to Kuta center

19h00 The group had dinner at a local restaurant. Explore Bali freely.

Day 03: BALI – NUSA PENIDA ISLAND – DINOSAUR ISLAND (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

07h00 After breakfast at the hotel, the bus picks up the group moves to the pier at Sanur port, takes the high-speed boat out Nusa Penida Island

A visit to Nusa Pennida with a train journey of only 30 minutes from Sanur wharf surfing the blue waves of Bali will take you to:
Crystal Bay – a swimming, diving spot with a beautiful beach, with water so blue as jade that you can see to the bottom.
Kelingking Beach – The iconic dinosaur spine of Nusa Penida and Bali, newly discovered in the 2000s and newly exploited for tourism, has become a famous check-in spot that you cannot miss when you come to Bali.
In addition to checking in at Dinosaur Back, you can also climb down to the bottom of the beach through a small but amazing staircase.

13h00 Have lunch at a local restaurant on the island

Continue to freely explore and swim in this beautiful island.

15h00 The group departs for the center of Bali

6:00 p.m. Dinner at the restaurant

Night: You can walk around the city, shop for souvenirs for relatives and friends (if you have time and groups need to shop).

Day 04: BALI – TANAHLOT TEMPLE – HANOI (Breakfast, Lunch)

07h00: Breakfast at the hotel, the group checks out of the hotel.

Car and tour guide take the group on a tour:Tanahlot Temple – A beautiful temple located on an island, literally on a huge rock with clear blue Indian Ocean water on all sides. This sacred temple is located on a large rock a few meters from the coast of Pura Tanah Lot by a small walkway and when the tide rises the small passage disappears, the sacred temple becomes a private island, bare in the middle of the blue sea. This can be considered a symbol in terms of spirituality and architecture of the island of Bali.This is the most beautiful sunrise or sunset viewing spot on the island of Bali.

12h00 Lunch at the restaurant.

After that, the delegation went to the airport to check in for flight VJ998 (17:30 – 21:45) to Hanoi.

21h45 The group lands at Noi Bai airport, the car and instructions take the group to the original meeting point, farewell to you. See you next trip.
