This page summarises the Payment & Cancellation Policy that applies to every tour booked through
VIETNAMTOUR.TRAVEL (VNAT Licence 01-2131/2023/TCDL-GP LHQT), whether booked directly or through a
registered travel agency. It applies equally to all bookings.

If a booking is made within 45 or 30 days of Departure, the corresponding cumulative amount is due immediately upon confirmation.
Nếu đặt chỗ trong vòng 45 hoặc 30 ngày trước khởi hành, số tiền lũy kế tương ứng đến hạn ngay khi xác nhận đặt chỗ.

Amounts already paid at the time of cancellation are forfeited in full and are not refunded; instalments not yet due are simply not owed. Refund is not calculated as a percentage of the total contract value — only the amount actually paid at the time of cancellation is at stake.
Số tiền đã thanh toán tại thời điểm hủy sẽ bị mất toàn bộ và không được hoàn lại; các đợt chưa đến hạn thì không phải đóng nữa. Việc hoàn tiền không tính theo phần trăm trên tổng giá trị hợp đồng — chỉ số tiền đã thực đóng tại thời điểm hủy mới bị ảnh hưởng.

Under Vietnamese tourism law, VTT is required to arrange travel accident insurance for every Guest on every tour we operate — regardless of whether you already hold a personal international travel insurance policy. This is included automatically in your booking at no extra cost.
This mandatory tour insurance covers accidents during the tour itself. It does not replace broader personal travel insurance, which we still strongly recommend for international Guests — particularly for medical evacuation abroad, trip cancellation/interruption, and baggage loss, which sit outside the scope of the tour insurance.
Theo quy định pháp luật du lịch Việt Nam, VTT có nghĩa vụ mua bảo hiểm tai nạn du lịch cho mọi Khách trên mọi tour, không phụ thuộc việc Khách đã có bảo hiểm du lịch quốc tế cá nhân hay chưa. Khoản này được tự động bao gồm trong giá tour, không phát sinh thêm phí.

For every tour booked under our Private Tour packages, your vehicle, guide, and itinerary belong to your party alone — we do not combine your booking with unrelated travelers to fill a vehicle. This commitment applies specifically to Private Tour bookings; where a Guest chooses a lower-cost shared/group option (if offered), that option follows its own, separately disclosed terms.
Đối với mọi tour đặt theo gói Private Tour, xe, hướng dẫn viên và lịch trình chỉ dành riêng cho đoàn của Khách — VTT không ghép chung với khách lạ khác để lấp đầy xe. Cam kết này áp dụng cho các đặt chỗ Private Tour; nếu Khách chọn phương án ghép đoàn giá rẻ hơn (nếu có), phương án đó tuân theo điều khoản riêng được công bố rõ ràng.

Passport, Visa & Entry
Guests are solely responsible for a valid passport (≥6 months) and required visa/e-visa. VTT provides visa information as a courtesy only.
Price Adjustment
Confirmed prices are fixed except for government taxes, large fuel-surcharge increases, or significant currency movement, always notified in writing in advance.
Liability
VTT's aggregate liability is capped at the total contract value paid, except where a cap cannot be excluded by law (e.g. death/injury by VTT's negligence).
Privacy & Data
Personal data is used only to deliver booked Services, in compliance with Vietnam's PDPL and GDPR where applicable.
Complaints
Issues during the tour: call VTT's 24/7 hotline immediately. Post-tour: email within 30 days with booking reference and evidence.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by Vietnamese law (Tourism Law 2017, Civil Code 2015, Consumer Rights Protection Law).
